Board Company Secretary Administrator Sandton Circa 600k CTC neg Excellent benefits offered including school fee reductions and extra leave Our client, an elite Boy’s Private School, is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Board\/Company secretarial candidate to be responsible for delivering administrative and governance support to the Board of Directors and its committees, ensuring the efficient coordination of Board activities and compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations. The position also provides administrative and financial support to the Head: Business and Finance Team, including debtor and creditor administration, payroll support, student accounts, account reconciliations, reporting, and general business administration. Essential Qualifications and Experience : 1.       Diploma or Degree in corporate governance or similar 2.       Min 3 years’ experience in Board and Committee admin \/Company Secretarial work 3.       Demonstrable experience preparing Board packs and recording Board-level minutes 4.       Some experience in financial administration 5.       Experience within an independent school or education environment or NPO experience essential 6.       Company secretarial \/Board Portal\/document management software experience  7.       Strong minute-taking, report-writing skills and excellent document formatting and presentation skills. 8.       Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
