Bookkeeper

Cape Town

You will

• Recording/processing of day-to-day transactions such as creditors'' invoices, debtors’ invoices, and bank transactions.
• Capturing of journals
• Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Raising purchase orders, matching to goods received notes and invoices
• Adhere to control procedures
• Oversee general administration of financial activities
• Deal with ad hoc financial requests from Finance Manager
• Manage switchboard at reception

Further requirements:

• Must be a fast learner
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy with MS-Office
• Have dealt with a financial accounting package before
• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience

What you will need to succeed:

• Completed Matric Qualification
• Tertiary Qualification in Finance is beneficial
• 3 - 5 years Bookkeeping exp
