JOB SUMMARY:
Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cape Town

You will

Recording/processing of day-to-day transactions such as creditors'' invoices, debtors’ invoices, and bank transactions.
Capturing of journals
Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Raising purchase orders, matching to goods received notes and invoices
Adhere to control procedures
Oversee general administration of financial activities
Deal with ad hoc financial requests from Finance Manager
Manage switchboard at reception

Further requirements:

Must be a fast learner
Must have excellent communication skills
Computer literacy with MS-Office
Have dealt with a financial accounting package before
2-3 years of bookkeeping experience

Desired Experience & Qualification

What you will need to succeed:

Completed Matric Qualification
Tertiary Qualification in Finance is beneficial
3 - 5 years Bookkeeping exp
