JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established Boutique Hotel in Melville Johannesburg is looking for a General Manager. Candidates with 8+ years experience in a high-end Boutique Hotel or guest house will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Hotel operation with a Restaurant. Applicants must be well spoken with strong communications skills. Duties will include managing staff, stock, administration, rooms and dealing with suppliers. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team.
