JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an opportunity available for a Branch Administrator in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification in office administration advantageous
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Syspro advantageous
  • 4 Years Related experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a quality brand is desirable
  • Experience in an customer service environment
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Duties:
  • Performs a variety of clerical office duties such as maintaining files, keeping records, preparing schedules, drafting minutes
  • Sort and Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage
  • Respond and take action to customer concerns speedily
  • Branch reports ,daily, weekly and monthly
  • Field Technician call out and and cost recovery
  • Site Stationary and grocery orders
