JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry has an opportunity available for a Branch Administrator in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Experience Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary Qualification in office administration advantageous
Advanced Computer Skills
Syspro advantageous
4 Years Related experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a quality brand is desirable
Experience in an customer service environment
Able to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
Highly proficient level computer skills including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Duties:

Performs a variety of clerical office duties such as maintaining files, keeping records, preparing schedules, drafting minutes
Sort and Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including using a scale to determine appropriate postage
Respond and take action to customer concerns speedily
Branch reports ,daily, weekly and monthly
Field Technician call out and and cost recovery
Site Stationary and grocery orders
