🌟Branch Manager – Hoedspruit Branch (Electrical products)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Hoedspruit branch

POSITION INFO:

Overview:
This role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring smooth warehouse and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and grow market share.
• Analyse local market trends to identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support the sales team in achieving branch targets.
• Resolve sales queries and ensure accurate pricing updates.
• Lead regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

• Manage commission and overtime claims.
• Authorise credit notes and ensure journal accuracy.
• Reconcile transactions and oversee petty cash.
• Ensure daily banking and audit readiness.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
• Maintain stock quality and processing accuracy.

• Supervise branch staff across all departments.
• Maintain attendance records and manage absenteeism.
• Enforce safety regulations and coordinate training.
• Liaise with Head Office on HR, IR, and Health & Safety matters.
• Communicate updates and evaluate branch performance.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate

• N6 Certificate in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience in branch or assistant management
• Strong MS Office skills (K8 system knowledge preferred)
• Solid understanding of electrical products
• Valid driver’s licence
• Familiarity with the Hoedspruit area
