A well-established company based in Maputo; Mozambique is looking to have a Branch Manager join their team. The Branch Manager Candidate will get a chance to work with a multinational company that has a renowned reputation in their industry. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that they manage all branch processes, sales & staff as well as ensure that the business continues to expand. The company is essential for their clients in manufacturing, agriculture etc.

Duties:

Ensure branch compliance & audits
Ensure administration, health & safety, ISO, stock flow & information management
Debtor’s & Creditor’s management
HR & IR Management as well as setting up KPIs for staff
Ensure that Margin’s are preserved
Technical & Workshop personnel & process management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Diploma/ Degree in technical or economical field

5-7 years relevant experience in management
