JOB DESCRIPTION:

A multinational manufacturing and production company is looking to hire an experienced Branch Manager to join their team. The company has been around for half a century and training and development is very important to them. The Branch Manager will effectively manage all branch processes like sales, costs and staff as well as protect company assets and promote the expansion of the operation. The role will include duties such as overseeing:

Sales budget management
Managing and understanding expenses and costs
Debtor, key account and financial management
Process management
Stock flow management
HR and IR management
Health and safety management

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Matric
Diploma/degree of a technical or economic field
5-7 years’ experience in management position
