A multinational company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in Nacala to effectively manage all branch processes, including sales, costs, and staff. This company has been around for almost half a century and forms part of a listed concern. As leaders in the distribution, manufacturing, and service industries they are an employer of choice. The role will include duties such as:

Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on products
People management
Process Management
Sales Management
Margin Preservation
Stock flow management
Compliance to auditing
Cost management & containment (vehicle management, telephones, maintenance)
HR Management
IR Management
Information Management
Admin Management
Health and safety
ISO Management
Credit control
Debtor Book management
Technical and workshop personnel and processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or degree in technical or economical field
5-7 Years’ experience in managing positions
