SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading player in the Automotive Parts Distribution industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee and drive operations at their Cape Town branch (Parklands)

As Branch Manager, you will be fully accountable for outlet operations, people management, stock control, and financial performance. Youâll lead and mentor a dynamic team, ensure superior customer service, and implement strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Matric (with Maths Literacy minimum) â additional qualifications an advantage.
8â10 yearsâ management experience in the motor industry.
Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in motor parts sales.
Solid understanding of P&L, budgets, procurement, and stock management.
Computer literate (MS Office, stock systems).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
