Our client, a global leader in engineering and industrial component manufacturing and supply seeks to employ a well experienced Branch Manager for their branch in Nacala, Mozambique.

Please note that our client is only considering Mozambique citizens for this role.

You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.

You will have completed a commercial or engineering qualification, coupled with 5 plus years experience in the full management of a fast paced engineering or industrial branch, ensuring profitability of the branch
You will have proven experience in regenerating business of existent or dormant customers, people management/development and focused sales drives to increase new business opportunities
In addition, you will be experienced in managing branch budgets, ensure organized administration systems and provide technical support to customers and sales staff.
You will be able to communicate effectively, be well presented and well connected in the engineering, manufacturing and mining sectors, understanding both electrical and mechanical components and systems.
You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
