POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate Psira Grade A Fire Arm Competency 10 Years experience in Security Industry Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Experience in Financial Management and Budgets Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles People management experience Strong planning, leadership and organisational skills Administration, interpersonal communication and client liaison skills Own reliable transport and a driver's license No Criminal Record Key Performance Areas (not limited to): Overall management of the branch including Operations, Financial Management, Transport, HR, Industrial Relations, ISO, Client Portfolios, Contractual Agreements Managing of Operations Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors Quarterly appraisal of Operations and Administration staff Training and development of staff Succession planning of staff Assist in the preparation of annual budgets Asset control Fleet control Fire Arm Control Monthly and Quarterly reports Risk assessments Investigation reports Consultant: Alke-Merique - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
