Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Set sales targets and motivate team members to achieve them
Monitor sales performance and provide sales reports to senior management
Recruit, train, and manage sales staff
Build strong customer relationships and identify business opportunities to increase sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
