Brand and Marketing Director
Salary - Market Related
Location: Cape Town

Our client in the Retail sector has an EE opportunity available for a Brand Director to be based in the Cape Town.
Salary is highly negotiable depending on the experience that you offer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce Degree
Digital related qualification
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing (desirable in retail/FMCG marketing)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing (desirable in retail/FMCG marketing), with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior brand management role
10+ years’ experience managing large, diverse teams

KPAs:

Financial Accountability in Sales, Advertising expenses, Employment, Operating costs, Sales Ecommerce etc.
Dealing with Stakeholder relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for all digital marketing and E-commerce, Digital Creative, Media Buying etc.
Brand management principles, practices and global trends (expert)
Shopper psychology and effective marketing communication (expert)
Commercial revenue models & channels (expert)
Budget Management (seasoned)
Business Process & value chain optimisation
