Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG Industry has an opportunity available for a Brand Manager. in the Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• B. Degree (Hons) in Marketing
• 4-6 years relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level 
• 2-4 years experience in working with senior management
• 2-4 years people management experience
• 2- 4 years working knowledge of Social Media Platforms e.g. LinkedIn
• Ability to Travel off-site / Overnight Stay - essential
• MS Excel (Advanced)
• Fluent - Business English
• Analytical skills and capability

KPAs:

• Plan, coordinate and implement strategies, marketing plans and budgets
• Liaise with product development in order to identify, develop and launch new product concepts
• Analyse and interpret  research results in order to apply insights and learnings to improve product performance in future
• Commission annual brand health studies in order to ensure brand remains relevant for target market
• Plan and control marketing expenditure of product portfolio  within the budget
• Monitor sales statistics
