The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving the performance of assigned priority brands and developing, implementing brand strategies also marketing programs. POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must a minimum of + 5 years consumer brand management experience.
• Must come from the Manufacturing space.  
• Must hold extensive Brand Management experience and good understanding of the Retail space.

The Ideal Candidate

• Deliver campaigns based on consumer insight.
• Analysis of market share and sales available
• Market research undertaken on changing trends in the market.
• Consultation and feedback with Marketing Manager
• Development and implementation of four-year plans, brand plans and brand reviews
• Gain endorsement for brand strategies throughout PRSA
• Deliver brand strategies that result in achieving volume and equity objectives.
• Agencies properly briefed and project fees agreed.
• Brand plans communicated internal to stakeholders.
• Below-the-line projects (off-trade, on-trade, wholesales, and secondary packaging leading to increased sales
• Above-the-line projects leading to increased sales.
• Internal stakeholders aware of marketing activities
• Marketing presence at cross-functional meetings
• Marketing activities executed efficiently.
• Recognised “Champion” of assigned brand.
• Continuous liaison with agencies is ensuring effective advertising and promotional materials.
• Agency project fees are adhered to Advertising and promotions materials conform to instructions.
• Printing costs adhere to budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – Degree in Marketing / Sales
