JOB SUMMARY:
To plan, develop and implement brand strategies, plans and programs for the portfolio, ensuring that the strategic business goals and financial objectives are met

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Learning

Degree / Diploma within Sciences or Commerce preferred
Previous Product Management experience is required with a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
CNS therapeutic area OR Dermatology experience will be a strong advantage, together with product launch experience
Thorough knowledge of the Rx pharmaceutical market
Computer Literacy, Communication & Presentation skills

Key Job Outputs

Strategic & Operational planning
Develop brand strategies and appropriate brand plans, with objectives, resources, KPIs and ROI expectations
Develop, implement strategies and associated Launch Brand plans for future pipeline brands in association with Launch Team and Stakeholders.
Drive successful implementation of future pipeline brands in combination with existing Brand Portfolio strategies and tactics
Market/customer insights
Develop customer understanding, analysis and insight generation
Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the brands
Network and build relationships with selected customers
Work closely with sales team to develop necessary sales tools and training
Manage and measure overall investment and sales according to pre-determined KPIs
Manage external relationships with Multinational Partners and Internal Stakeholders
