Are you able to travel extensively into Africa? We are looking for a dynamic individual with Marketing experience in Africa – The ideal candidate knows that the South African Market is NOT like the Rest of Africa. This role is calling on an individual who craves growth and new challenges.
My client and well know giant in the FMCG space is looking to employ a seasoned brand manager. The successful candidate will drive integrated consumer centric brand activation through superior execution and creative message optimization using performance analytics & data, across relevant touch points to create the right cultural, social, and emotional experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interpretate brand objectives

Demarking integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, etc.
Draw out actionable market insight and competitive intelligence
Investigating continuously adjust overall brand performance.
Handling consumer experience within the important touchpoints and media plans on relevant channels.
Exploring campaign performances for improvement
Communicating with brand owners
Organising with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance
Joining forces with external agencies
Leading cost against approved budget within marketing arena

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
5 year’s portfolio management and brand activation experience
