The Role: Broker Support & Lead Generation Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to identify potential commercial and industrial property opportunities before they hit the open market. It exists to build a hunter pipeline for the brokerage team through lead generation, identifying new listings, and initiating relationships with property owners and businesses. The main focus is on gathering critical data, securing meetings with decision-makers, and qualifying interest to create opportunities for brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calling to existing tenants, buyers, and landlords to identify demand and qualify interest.

• Canvass the existing client database to create opportunities and initiate follow-up calls to nurture leads.

• Capture all client details, requests, and conversations accurately in Microsoft Excel.

• Provide feedback and information regarding new or existing leads to brokers, management, and administrators.

• Update client contact information and maintain database accuracy by tagging and categorising contacts.

• Re-engage inactive contacts through structured calling cycles.

• Travel extensively to perform boots-on-the-ground lead generation and face-to-face networking.

About You

• Matric required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recording interactions and client details.

• Clear, fluent English with a warm and friendly phone manner.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

• Ability to handle repetitive calling tasks with energy and consistency.

• Professional and well-presented for representing the brand.

• Positive attitude, reliable, and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in customer service, call centre, admin, or telesales is advantageous.

• Further studies beyond Matric are advantageous.
