POSITION INFO:

Step into a pivotal role as Legal Brokerage Operations Lead, connecting brokers with legal processes to ensure effective recovery and liability claim outcomes. Leverage your LLB or BCom Law and a minimum of seven years’ short-term insurance experience, with at least three years in a legal managerial or specialist capacity, to deliver robust reporting, insights on loss ratios, and operational improvement. Engage directly with brokers, facilitate compliance, and collaborate across legal and broker teams to drive strategic portfolio performance. If you excel at managing complex legal operations and broker relationships, this is your next move. Two days working from home included.
