Brooklyn, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages

-Minimum 4 years experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm

-Strong Dictaphone typing experience

-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)

-Own vehicle/transport

-Must be able to work under pressure

-Willing to work overtime when required (compensated for overtime)

-Stable employment record and contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Typing of High Court & Magistrate’s Court litigation documents

-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings

-Dictaphone typing

-General secretarial and administrative duties

Salary: R 20 000.00 gross (negotiable depending on experience)

Benefits: 50% medical aid distribution (for Discovery members)
