Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Develop and implement a targeted business acquisition strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions to client needs.
Negotiate and finalise business agreements to drive revenue growth.
Stay abreast of industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or business acquisition in the recruitment or related industry will be an added advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
