JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the software development space is looking for a BA & QA Manager to assist with Business analysis functions and specifying clear and accurate requirements for the development and quality assurance teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Manage the workflow within the BA/QA Department according to project priorities.
Create quotes for all new billable changes logged within the SDLC.
Implement fit-for-purpose methodologies to ensure that quality product is delivered.
Lead, coach, manage and develop those resources allocated to you, to ensure quality and timeous delivery of projects.
Manage the Change Approval Board process to ensure that product meets the client's needs with limited defects.
Ensure that the client’s requirements are complete and accurate.
To identify improvements and constraints in the current business process and implement international standards for effective business operations.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in IT or business qualification.
3 + years of experience in managing BA and QA teams at a middle-management level
Knowledge of the insurance / financial industry would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is essential.
Skilled in Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in managing a team.
