SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading provider of secure payment solutions, is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of innovative payment products. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, ensure alignment across teams, and help drive projects from concept to completion.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and reporting requirements
Translate business needs into functional documentation
Document procedures and workflows for clarity and efficiency
Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
Continuously improve analysis tools and processes

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
5–8 years of business analysis experience
Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
Fluent in business English (additional languages are a plus)
Driver’s license and reliable transport
