SUMMARY:
Opportunity for exceptional Business Analyst!

POSITION INFO:
The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and IT requirements for new initiatives and change requests. The role focuses on converting business needs into a clear, executable scope, ensuring accurate functional design, effective stakeholder engagement, and delivery of solutions that meet agreed business objectives while managing risks and exceptions.

Responsibilities:

Produce clear, structured documentation including business cases, requirements specifications, and functional designs aligned to BABOK principles
Participate in design sessions to ensure solutions align with documented business requirements
Support product definition and solution design using executable specifications to enable efficient development
Review and validate UAT test cases to confirm functionality meets business requirements
Engage regularly with Project Managers and IT teams throughout the full lifecycle of change requests
Perform project-related activities including stakeholder management, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and issue/risk management

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ total experience including 3 years’ business analysis experience and 2 years’ project management experience
Intermediate Excel modelling skills, including VBA
Practical experience with Visio
Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence
