POSITION INFO:
Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing product team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business functions, partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business needs, define functional requirements, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions. You'll play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and process analysis to solution design, testing, and implementation. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Produce user stories, process maps, solution design documentation, and functional specifications to support development teams. Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes. Define and maintain business rules, functional requirements, and system configurations. Job Experience and Skills Required Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar analytical role. Experience within the financial services, fintech, or technology industry is advantageous. Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Sheets, or similar platforms. Apply now!
