JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst/software marketing/product management experience.
• Payments experience and Africa experience is essential.

Education:
• Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Advanced degree would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the payments industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Requirements:
• To liaise among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the company.
• To recommend solutions that enable organisations to achieve its goals.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team;
establishing project budget.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business
planning.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
• Manage project deliverables/Milestones in accordance with the project development roadmap.
• Advise on project resource allocation to complete project in time and manage project backlog on a bi-weekly basis
with product owners.
• To conduct market research in specific identified target markets and to establish a market need and business case for
specialized product offerings.
• To assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• To provide internal and external training.
