JOB SUMMARY:
Our client has grown to become one of the largest medical schemes administrators in South African Healthcare Industry and there are in search of a well-organized and skilled Business Analyst to support, design and implement business information systems across various departments and to transfer needs into detailed functional requirements and process specifications to meet business objectives. This role will give the candidate the opportunity to identify problems and implement innovative and technological solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Implement successful projects in order to achieve business goals and specifications
Determine project or program requirements and communicate them stakeholders
Engage in training interventions to provide development
Implement cost effective technology solutions
Design test scenarios, user acceptance and test plans based on systems
Create solutions and identify improvements and connect business people to information technologies
Develop and document detailed, functional, and non-functional specifications that are standard
Conduct workshops, meetings and JAD sessions for requirements and improvements

Requirements:

Experience in health within healthcare/short-term industry
Experience and sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery models
3 years’ experience in managing Membership and Contributions, Analysis and Management of projects
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (advantage)
Project management experience will be an advantage
