Are you a Business Analyst looking to be a part of a leading, innovative and tech savvy international software company (Based in Johannesburg). They specialize in the financial industry, education, and public sector. The role entails working alongside software professionals and stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience and skills required:

BSc degree/BCom/Diploma in Business analysis
Software analysis, design and maintenance
Process Improvement
Microsoft Access/SQL

Responsibilities:

Defining project requirements
Project budgeting and tracking project progress as well as reporting
Communicating with client stakeholders
Business Analysis on where to improve; (Research) business functions and gathering information; Writing project specifications.
Constructing diagrams and workflow charts
Understanding system’s capabilities; Improving the systems
identifying problems and recommending controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
Running workshops and training sessions
Overseeing implementation of new technology and systems
Running workshops and training sessions
