JOB SUMMARY:
On the lookout for a Junior- Intermediate Business Analyst to join a technology solutions organization based in Pretoria East, in office. This company is a solutions provider, and they are seeking an experienced BA to act as the connection between various IT development teams as well as the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Matric.
Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics or related field.

Requirements:

2+ Years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the business applications and software development areas.
Broad knowledge in the analytics field like cost analysis, data analysis, and gap analysis etc.
Exposure to Agile and/ or DevOps Project Management principals within the software development areas.
Business writing, documenting and translating software requirements and challenges into a understandable business language.
Exposure to data representations exposure would be an advantage.
Process mapping and modelling experience.
Experience in business intelligence, assessments and talent management sectors would be an advantage.

Job & Company Description:

Simplify the process ensuring that the software solutions are meeting the business requirements.
Mentor users to create a scope and perception of software solutions through mind mapping and group sessions.
Assist in defining features and business rules of the software solutions.
Assist in analysing any risks, constraints, and issues in success of business goals.
Guide users to make decisions on priority features for development
Business analysis work plans to outline the deliverables needed for the project and timelines.
hand over solutions to the development team after the fulfilment of requirements and design.
Plan, organise and expedite meetings and workshops throughout development work.
Work thoroughly with development teams in the design and implementation of solutions.
Oversee functional systems and user acceptance testing while reviewing of the solutions.
Work with the Project Manager and other teams ensuring successful implementation and projects.
