Business Analyst / Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Eastern Cape is seeking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst with strong project leadership experience to join the technology team. Experience in ERP Systems and the FMCG industry is essential.  This pivotal role combines comprehensive business analysis and hands-on project management responsibilities. The candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and solution delivery, including managing budgets, mitigating risks, driving change, and engaging stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of critical ICT initiatives that align with their organisational objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst, with proven experience.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is required.
• Demonstrable experience mapping and optimising core business processes common in FMCG, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing/Production.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating complex data requirements into clear reporting specifications.
• Fundamental understanding of system integration patterns (e.g., APIs, middleware) to facilitate seamless data flow between enterprise applications.
