The role requires someone with experience in the Fuel Retail operation environment, with an understanding of change and project management, and Business Readiness experience.

POSITION INFO:

Youâ€™ll be instrumental in designing how change management and business readiness is managed within Loyalty Site Automation projects and for ongoing development of the loyalty product. Process design, internal training and capability building will be essential.

What youâ€™ll do:

Strategic requirements:

Define the change impact assessment process and templates
Standardise the business readiness workstream assets and training material
Manage reporting
Create a standard change methodology

Your expertise:

Senior (10 years + experience)

Qualifications:

Matric
Relevant Degree
Industry accreditation preferred

Other information applicable to the opportunity:

Contract Position: 12 Months
Location: Cape Town - Hybrid
Must have experience: Fuel Retail (i.e. Gas station) and Loyalty ProgrammeÂ
The role will entail travel through Africa
