PlaceTalent Recruitment is assisting an innovative medical technology company with the appointment of a Business Developer to drive growth and market adoption of a cutting-edge healthcare application.

About the Role
This role focuses on introducing and selling a modern Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform with AI-assisted clinical note capturing to medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare organisations. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the platform’s footprint within the healthcare sector.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
Sell a cloud-based healthcare application to doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals
Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Manage and grow a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback and support product improvement
Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales (SaaS, technology, or healthcare solutions preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline
Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
