POSITION INFO:
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification. 5+ years' B2B sales\/business development experience. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong client relationship management and account development skills. Experience managing tenders, RFPs, RFQs, proposals and quotations. Ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and quotations. Excellent administration, coordination and project management skills. Valid driver's licence, own transport, and willingness to travel locally and internationally. Responsibilities: Drive business development, sales growth and new client acquisition. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships. Identify, pursue and convert business opportunities across target markets. Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting to programme delivery. Conduct client needs analyses and develop tailored learning solutions. Prepare, coordinate and submit tenders, RFQs, RFPs, proposals and quotations. Lead client engagements, presentations and proposal discussions. Monitor tender portals and vendor systems for new opportunities. Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates and revenue performance. Attend networking events, conferences, client meetings and industry engagements, including local and international travel, to generate leads and grow the client base.
