Job Title: Business Developer (Pretoria & Midrand)
Location:Â Midrand, Centurion & Pretoria
Remuneration: Negotiable with Commission

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Midrand and Pretoria, to join the team of a leading staffing provider.

The Business Developer will meet clients face-to-face, solve problems, and grow business partnerships. We require knowledge of the BCEA, HR and work experience from a Labour Broker or Permanent and Temporary Employment Service background with extensive contract management work experience.Â

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective and existing clients in the Midrand/ Pretoria area
Make sales calls and set up face-to-face appointments
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects
Identify new business opportunities and close deals
Present services professionally and confidently
Problem-solve and find tailored solutions for client needs

Requirements:

Matric qualification
Sales or client-facing experience (previous B2B experience is a plus!)
Knowledge of human resources, staffing and industrial relations beneficial
Knowledge of South African law, specifically contract, commercial, and labour law
Valid driver's license & own transport
Professional, presentable, and client-focused

Hours: Mon â Friday 08:00-16:30
Salary: Market Related (plus commission)
