Our client is looking for a business development & client relations consultant to oin their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Valid driver's licence. 3+ years' proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals. Experience dealing directly with business owners and decision-makers Strong business development and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively. Willingness to travel extensively to client sites. Advantageous – selling B2B solutions, experience within advertising, digital media, technology, communications, retail solutions or related industries. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present the company's digital display solutions. Convert pre-qualified opportunities into signed client agreements. Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Build trust and credibility with franchise and independent business owners. Negotiate and close sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify additional opportunities to grow revenue within existing and prospective client accounts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and sales activities. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and implementation process. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service delivery. Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits where required. Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently. Project Coordination Coordinate the installation and implementation of display monitor solutions at client sites. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and installers to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients. Ensure installations are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates. Manage and maintain a structured diary of appointments and client engagements. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and timeously Additional Information This is a home-based position requiring a high degree of self-management and accountability. Leads and opportunities are generated through established commercial relationships, however the successful candidate will be responsible for converting these opportunities into business.
