Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate technical solutions. Conducting client visits, presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. Preparing quotations, proposals, tenders, and supporting documentation. Providing technical support throughout the customer journey. Negotiating commercial agreements and contracts. Monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities. Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Supporting colleagues through product and service training where required.
