Business Development & Marketing Manager

Location: Honeydew, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability, commercial awareness, and hands-on marketing experience across multiple business channels.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting franchise expansion, managing OEM relationships, and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives across the business.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role
• Proven experience in managing and leading staff members/teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional advertising, and campaign management
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a business development mindset
• Experience in franchise, retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with OEM clients and partners
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee all company marketing, advertising, media, and social media campaigns
• Support and manage existing franchise network marketing requirements
• Drive and support new franchise sales and franchise growth initiatives
• Identify and execute business development opportunities to expand market presence
• Coordinate the launch, rollout, and implementation of new product lines and services
• Manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient allocation to the relevant departments
• Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, lead generation, and brand growth metrics
• Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and service providers where required
