Join a forward-thinking financial services firm as a Business Development Executive. This is a client-facing, growth-driven role where you’ll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to the expansion of a respected and established brand.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric certificate (required).
BCom Degree (required).
Own laptop, reliable vehicle, and valid driver’s licence (essential).
Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management is advantageous.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Fluent in English (Afrikaans is advantageous

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Build and manage a pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with professionals, business owners, and strategic partners.
Develop and present tailored value propositions aligned with client and business needs.
Collaborate with internal advisory and product specialists to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and achieve agreed performance targets.
