SUMMARY:
Opportunity for Business Development executive to join market research company, driving revenue, expanding partnerships, and shaping strategic business initiatives across Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new corporate accounts and drive sales growth.
Manage client portfolios and build strong C-suite relationships.
Identify marketing opportunities and act as Brand Ambassador.
Lead proposal development and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives.
Mentor team members and support financial efficiency.

Requirements:

Post-graduate qualification (Research, Psychology, Economics, or equivalent).
5+ yearsâ experience managing large-scale projects, ideally in research.
Proven track record in business development, consultative sales, or key account management.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
