Business Development Executive - Clearing,Forwarding, Logistics, Distribution, Full Supply Chain

This Leading Global Logistics Service Provider is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Commercial Team.

This opportunity will offer a highly negotiable remuneration package and a solid foundation to grow and develop a long-term career path. Proven track record in achievement of sales targets and Logistics/Clearing & Forwarding/Distribution Sales experience will be a pre-requisite.

Key Performance Areas will include:

• Identifying of market opportunities and potential clients/prospects
• Selling of services that will include Clearing, Forwarding, Logistics and National Distribution
• Develop and maintain ongoing pipeline/prospective clients inline with business strategy
• Retain own existing client base and manage customer relations until handover to customer relations
• Expand and grow existing clients business through upsell/cross selling initiatives
• Drive strong relations and communications channels with in and outbound operations and management to ensure query resolution management
• Effective and economical Territory Management
• Ensure client records and all sales activity are updated on CRM System
• Ensure updated competitor/market/customer knowledge
• Client Profiling, Preparation of Proposals, Presentations, New Business Estimates and business development reports
• Ensure continuous development of industry and product knowledge in order to present unique client logistics solutions
