Our client, a JSE listed FinTech company based in the Sandton area, is looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on growing the retail investment business through financial advisor engagement and relationship management.

POSITION INFO:
Position overview: Looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with great client engagement and interpersonal skills to join its dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be accustomed to developing and maintaining effective business relationships with advisors and delivering a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the Retail business unit. Requirements: BCom or similar completed University degree Minimum 3 years' Business Development Executive experience within the investments\/financial services industry RE5 is mandatory CFP qualifications are highly advantageous Existing advisor\/client portfolio preferred Strong relationship management, presentation, and client engagement skills Valid drivers license and own transport Computer literate Excellent communication skills Customer service mindset Able to interact with clients effectively Good organisational skills Energetic with a positive and friendly attitude Professional and presentable appearance Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with financial advisors Following up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner and ensuring service standards are met. Presenting to advisors the benefits of the company's offering. Liaising with internal departments to ensure that excellent customer service standards can be met.
