About the Role
You’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-quality leads to support the sales pipeline. From outreach and research to relationship-building and handovers, your work will directly influence conversions and business expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify leads through online research, networking, and campaigns

• Execute cold calling and email strategies to engage new prospects

• Evaluate lead potential based on specific business criteria

• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and conversion progress

• Collaborate closely with the sales team for seamless lead handover

• Report on lead volume, quality, and areas for improvement

What You Bring

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Experience in cold calling or tele sales

• Comfortable working across digital platforms and CRM systems

• A proactive, curious, and consistent approach to outreach

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
