SUMMARY:
A client that is a leading ERP consulting and solutions provider, specializing in Syspro ERP implementations, upgrades, custom development, and integrations. Since 2016, the client has been helping with the manufacturing and distribution for businesses to achieve efficiency, innovation, and growth through digital transformation.

They are expanding their team and seeking a highly driven ERP Business Development Sales Executive with proven experience in software sales and marketing to grow their footprint across South Africa and beyond.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new ERP business opportunities, focusing on Syspro ERP and related solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite and senior management levels.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Drive marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to generate leads and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
Stay up to date with ERP trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Proven track record (3+ years) in ERP, software, or IT solutions sales.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (Syspro knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and consultative sales approaches.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or IT is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients when required
