POSITION INFO:
A growing player in the heat exchanger industry is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help shape and expand their market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than just a sales role — the successful candidate will have the freedom to build strategy, identify opportunities, and leave a lasting impact on the business.
This role will suit an entrepreneurial individual who enjoys opening doors, driving growth, and creating structure in a developing sales environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven business development or technical sales experience
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Experience within an engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related technical environment
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role

Job Experience & Skills Required

Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
Strong client relationship and new business development skills
Ability to identify new markets and revenue streams
Exposure to heat exchangers, thermal systems, process equipment, HVAC, or related industries advantageous
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth
