POSITION INFO:

Business Development Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of new clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Business Development Manager needs to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful executions of our solutions according to customer needs. Develop new accounts and maintain favourable relationships with clients. Responsible for growth of revenue in new customers within S.A., Africa and International Market. Requires a bachelor''s degree in area of specialty or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 5 years of experience.

Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the delivery and implementation teams to ensure customer expectations are met. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow new clients within the S.A. , African & International market 
• Define sales strategy for identified clients
• Define win plans for defined clients
• Account planning and acquisitions
• Prioritise solutions within our portfolio for the defined territories
• Engage strategically with clients• Align marketing campaigns to specific verticals and solutions.
• Executive level sponsorship within defined accounts
• Collaborate with business units in order to ensure correct messaging and solutioning within defined clients
• Communication with organisation around customer engagements
• Ensure accurate forecasting to enable resource planning and cash flow
• New account acquisition, revenue streams 
• Work with marketing to define events and activities within defined markets
• Work with delivery team to ensure seamless transitioning from sales to operations
