POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate will be a very dynamic & energetic individual, who will need to lead by example. Not only will he be a great listener with a positive attitude, whilst being a coach, and motivator in order to lead the team to meet the sales targets sets through effective planning and budgeting.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead a growing team of business developers to grow our services by developing new and existing client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed annual budgets by maximizing portfolio profitability through cross-selling of services.
  • Translates sales and service strategy into tactical plans.
  • Develop and grow business2business relationships.
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding best practices.
  • Payment / Collection submissions, verification platforms, and integrated processing systems.
  • Monitoring and analysing current market conditions and trends in order to positively impact our position in the market.
  • Identifying new business opportunities whilst ensuring customer retention.
  • Resolving client concerns and effectively addressing challenges.
  • Planning, preparing & delivering presentations, and product demo’s.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities of the team.
  • Providing management with continuous feedback.
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of business development executives.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience preferably in the financial, technological, and/or fintech industry.
  • a Proven track record of building a successful sales team in the Fintech Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
