Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead pump sales across Africa! This role combines strategic growth initiatives with hands-on client engagement in diverse markets.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Join a leading player in the pump and mining industry, recognized for technical excellence and innovative solutions. This position offers extensive travel across Africa, engaging with clients in mining and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and providing technical expertise to support customer needs.

Education:

Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in pump sales within the mining or industrial sector.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies across multiple African markets.
Strong technical knowledge of pumps and related systems.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively across Africa.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
