Requirements:

• Matric
• 10 years’ Solution Sales experience of which at least 5 years must be from a TES Blue Collar sales environment
• New Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Petrochemical, Mining, Power, or Manufacturing sectors (essential)
• Recruitment and selection experience
• Proven sales track record, dealing directly with critical stakeholders
• Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act (LRA)
• Strategic high-volume Temporary Employment Services (TES) project implementation and execution skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the skills required to ensure successful execution of projects, and to ensure competitive advantage and orders secured
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• A valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• A third language will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates
• Ability to work towards deadlines
• Ability to work at fast pace
• Remain self-motivated and use own initiative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partake in client relationship management by building on existing relationships that will ensure development of business opportunities
• Ensuring the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly stats
• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly financial targets as set by National Head: TES
• Networking to ensure reliable and sustainable client database.
• Cold calling / Lead generation in line with the set targets
• Meeting with clients daily in line with the set targets
• Provide exceptional / efficient customer service to ensure repeat business opportunities
• Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Prepare and present solutions to clients
• Negotiate rates / service fees
• Prepare quotations for clients and follow up to close
• Conduct detailed research on clients prior to meetings – optimise on opportunity and networking
