an Employer of Record (EOR) service provider that supports companies operating in Africa with outsourced employment solutions to deploy their staff or hire new staff across the continent quickly by providing Immigration & HR payroll support in-country, even if you don’t have a legal entity in the country of operations.

Job role:

The BDO role will be to ensure new business development activities – new clients and existing clients.

Business development and marketing will be the primary focus ensuring continual growth of contractor base monthly. This will include cold calling new potential clients, managing the existing client base as well as the overall marketing of websites and services. Travel for business trips and exhibitions will be required as and when.

A “can do” attitude, team player and a positive vibe in the work place

Responsibilities:

Put structures in place to ensure that we follow process monthly
Overall Business Development and marketing for ADS and with a focus to grow the monthly contractor base.Keep track of Debtors and keep pressure on the clients to pay on time
Reporting to the board on a weekly / bi-weekly basis on short comings, business progress and positive developments
