The Business Development Portfolio Lead will be responsible for expanding the banking portfolio by acquiring new clients and securing business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development & Expansion

• Mentor and guide junior sales professionals to improve overall business development effectiveness.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally in banking, financial services, or learning & development.
• Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM tools.
